I have obtained numerous planning consents for a variety of farm and equestrian buildings. As well as dealing with conventional planning matters I also deal with specialist farming applications. I studied agriculture and estate management at Seale Hayne Agricultural college and therefore have a good knowledge of agricutural planning matters.

Recent projects approved
Farm - I have recently obtained planning consents for dairy units, calf rearing units, slurry treatement units, silage clamps, grain stores, machinery stores and hay stores.
Equestrian - I have obtained consent for stable blocks ranging from two stable timber field structures to 6 box commercial scale stables with washdown rooms, tack rooms and first floor storage space over. I have obtained planning approvals for menages and stabling to competion dressage standard.
Farm houses and changes of use
I have recently obtained planning approvals for agricultural tied dwellings in Devon at Bideford, Doddiscombesleigh and Branscombe.
I have successfully obtained planning consents for changes of use of redundant agricultural buildings to both commercial and holiday home uses.
