Based in Okehampton I am well placed to cover the whole of the south west. Primarily I work in Devon, but I regularly submit planning applications in Somerset, Dorset and Cornwall.

I deal with all application types including

Farm Buildings and Diversification

Commercial buildings and changes of use

Equestrian including stables and menage applications.

I prepare your CAD plans, your supporting planning statements, the application forms and all location plans. When I have secured your planning approval I can also do your building regulation submission.

Background

Before entering private practice I worked as a senior planning officer in local government. I therefore have extensive experience of planning policy and design requirements in both the public and private sector.

I have over 15 years planning experience. I am a sole trader operating from home which is cost effective and ensures that my prices are very competitive. All plans are CAD documents utilising laser colour printing.
